Sean Holden

Warehouse storage systems, compliance, operations and practical problem solving.

I work across industrial storage, pallet racking, warehouse fitouts, compliance systems and digital tools, helping turn messy operational problems into clear, workable solutions.

about me

If you're not making mistakes, then you're not doing anything.

I’m Sean Holden, Business Manager at SSO Handling & Storage and founder of PRMS, the Australian partner for RAMS pallet racking management software.

Most of my work sits at the intersection of warehouse storage, safety compliance, operations, and practical problem solving. I help design, supply and manage storage systems, while also building better ways to inspect, document and maintain them over time.

Outside of work, I’m usually building, learning or experimenting with something, whether that is web design, automation, 3D printing, CNC carving, D&D projects, mountain biking or Muay Thai.

WHAT I DO

A Skilled Problem Solver

Sean’s a pro at cracking tough problems like a boss. He’s always up for a challenge and loves to tackle complex issues with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. Whether it’s finding solutions for work projects or helping out friends and family, Sean’s got the skills to get the job done right.

Explore

Refine, test and optimise. Small improvements made consistently usually outperform perfect plans that never get started.

Understand

Before solving a problem, I like to understand the underlying challenge. The right answer is rarely the first answer.

Build

Ideas are only valuable when they become reality. I enjoy creating practical solutions, whether they're physical, digital, operational or something in between.

Share

The best solutions are the ones that help others. I enjoy teaching, mentoring, documenting and passing knowledge on whenever I can.

What next?

I enjoy figuring things out.

Whether it’s designing a warehouse, building an AI assistant, creating a website, automating a business process, learning a new skill, or putting together a reading game for my kid, I’m happiest when I’m learning, building and improving something.

I don’t claim to know everything, but I’ve never been afraid to tackle something new.
Most of the time, the challenge isn’t a lack of knowledge, it’s a willingness to learn.

My career has taken me through warehousing, storage systems, manufacturing, compliance, technology, business operations and entrepreneurship.
Along the way I’ve discovered that the same principles apply everywhere:

stay curious,

keep learning,

and focus on practical outcomes.
